Processing Times
Our standard processing time to prepare your order is 2-3 business days. During periods of high demand, this may take slightly longer, but we are working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking Updates
Please note that once your package has shipped, it can take 24-48hrs for the carrier’s system to update with the initial tracking details.

Shipping & Tracking FAQ

Why isn’t my tracking updating?

This is the most common carrier behavior during high-volume periods. Your order is moving through the system, but scans may appear late or in bulk. This does not indicate a problem.

My tracking says “Label created” or “Waiting for pickup.” Is it stuck?

No. This status appears when carriers delay uploading scan data. Your package has already been processed and handed over to the shipping line.

How long should I wait before contacting support?

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update during peak congestion. Most orders with delayed scans are delivered normally within this window.

Will customer support see more details if I email?

Customer support has access to the exact same carrier data displayed in your tracking link. If the carrier has not updated it yet, no additional information is available.

What happens if my order gets lost?

In the extremely rare case a carrier confirms a loss, we will replace your order at no cost. Your purchase is fully protected.
